Delivery: We can post our plants swiftly to QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and VIC via AusPost Express. You can expect to see your order around 3-10 working days after dispatch pending your postcode (usually much faster). But for peace of mind it's also great to know our plants can last up to 2 weeks inside that box if by chance they had to. Unfortunately, this does not currently include plants to WA, NT or TAS. We send posts mondays & tuesdays for live plants. We are dealing with live plants here guys and so they have got to get to your door the fastest and safest way possible. Feeling worried that your plants wont arrive on time? How long will they last in the box? You may have never bought plants online before? Seems to be a common worry for first timers. Don't worry, we take lots of care in growing and packaging your plants so they will arrive in amazing condition However, if somehow your plants don't arrive in great condition, do not stress, we've got you covered. Just email our customer service team info.wildgardenorganics@gmail.com with a quick picture. We will either replace the plants ASAP or transfer your purchase price back to you (whatever works best for you). All you need to do is notify us within 24hrs of your order arriving and our team will sort it out. If you do not email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems. Unfortunately, we can not accept change of mind purchases. So please be careful when purchasing. Once your plants arrive place them in a bright spot out of direct sunlight for a few days or depending on the description of the Plant. allow your plants to rest, relax and drink up after their trip. Restrictions: There are some plants we can't send to certain states as they are restricted due to biosecurity restrictions - our cart will not allow you to add certain plants where this restriction applies. So do not worry. Unfortunately, due to quarantine restrictions, it makes it a lot harder for us to send plants to Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia so our cart will not currently allow shipping of plants into these states until we have the correct procedures in place. That's not to say it is impossible. We will just need to charge extra to cover biosecurity and freight which is approximately $300 upwards on top of your order. The good news is, all our accessories and garden tools can still be quickly and safely shipped to all over Australia! We are currently working towards shipping our plants to these states but good things take time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 🌿
