Express shipping Australia wide. Free shipping on orders above $160 You can expect to see your order around 3-6 working days after dispatch pending your postcode. But for peace of mind it's also great to know our plants can last up to 2 weeks inside that box if by chance they had to. Unfortunately, this does not currently include plants to WA, NT or TAS.

Feeling worried that your plants wont arrive on time? How long will they last in the box? You may have never bought plants online before? Seems to be a common worry for first timers. We take lots of care in growing and packaging your plants so they will arrive in amazing condition
However, if by some chance your plants don't arrive in great condition, never fear, we've got you covered. Just email our customer service team info.wildgardenorganics@gmail.com with a picture We will either replace the plants pronto or transfer your purchase price back to you (whatever works best for you) For plants you need to notify us within 24hrs of your order arriving and our team will sort it out.
If you do not email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
Please do not make contact with us via our social media accounts as this is not a substitute. We also cannot track your orders through these platforms.
Unfortunately, we can not accept change of mind purchases. So please be careful when purchasing.
Once your plants arrive, place the Plants out of direct sunlight for a week or follow the items description on sun tolerance allow your plants to drink up after their long journey.

Restrictions
We can ship the majority of our plants swiftly to QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and VIC. There are some plants we can't send to certain states as they are restricted due to biosecurity restrictions - our system will be listed where this restriction applies.
Unfortunately, due to quarantine restrictions, it makes it a lot harder for us to send plants to Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia so our cart will not currently allow shipping of plants/fish into these states until we have the correct procedures in place.
That's not to say it is impossible. We will just need to charge extra to cover biosecurity and freight which is approximately $300 upwards on top of your order. Give us a tinkle and we are more than happy to chat about the finer details as many still are happy to push forward with larger orders into these states.
The good news is, all our accessories and garden tools can still be quickly and safely shipped to all over Australia!
